This policy explains how Itacare Transfer may handle personal data when you browse the site, prepare a transfer request or choose to continue the conversation on WhatsApp.
We use trip details to respond to your request, review the route and arrange a transfer through human support on WhatsApp. We do not sell travelers' personal data.

1. Who we are
Itacare Transfer organizes private transfer requests in Itacare, Bahia, and on the regional routes we serve. This policy describes how we may collect, use, share and protect personal data on the site and during support conversations.
3. Technical data, analytics and maps
Depending on the features active when you visit, we may process technical information such as pages viewed, button or link interactions, language, referral source, browser, device, IP address, cookies and similar technologies.
Analytics may be enabled in production to understand site usage and request interactions. Guide pages may also load map content when a map feature is enabled. Where consent is required for measurement or marketing technologies, those technologies should be used only with the required permission.

5. WhatsApp and human confirmation
The site can prepare a message containing your request details before opening WhatsApp. You can review the message and decide whether to send it. If you send it, your conversation is also subject to the terms and privacy practices of WhatsApp and Meta.
Preparing or sending a request does not by itself confirm a trip. A transfer is confirmed only after human review of availability and final conditions, and issuance of a voucher when applicable.
7. Sensitive details and children
Information about reduced mobility, disability, health, children, child seats or a specific assistance need should be shared only when it is necessary to arrange appropriate and safe service.
These details are optional and should be used only for the purpose of responding to or operating your request.
8. Retention and security
We keep personal data for as long as necessary to handle a request, provide support, meet legal, tax or accounting obligations, and establish or defend rights in complaints or disputes.
We take reasonable security measures. Please do not send identity documents, photos of documents, medical records or other sensitive information unless it is necessary to arrange your transfer.
9. Your rights
Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD), where applicable, you may request:
- confirmation of whether your personal data is processed and access to that data
- correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data
- information about data sharing
- anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data

10. International processing and updates
